Theme of Session:

The rapid evolution of manufacturing technologies has brought us to the threshold of a new industrial era—Industry 5.0. Building upon the foundations laid by Industry 4.0, which emphasized automation, connectivity, and the integration of cyber-physical systems, Industry 5.0 takes a progressive leap by placing the human element back at the center of innovation. It envisions a collaborative future where humans and machines work in harmony, combining technological precision with human creativity, critical thinking, and empathy.

Unlike its predecessor, Industry 5.0 is not solely about enhancing operational efficiency through smart factories. Its core lies in human-centric, resilient, and sustainable manufacturing practices. By integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, collaborative robots (cobots), the Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced analytics, Industry 5.0 seeks to create a more agile, personalized, and value-driven production environment. This human-first approach ensures that technological progress not only drives productivity but also aligns with broader societal values and individual well-being.

Topics of Interest:

We invite original and unpublished research contributions aligned with the central theme of Industry 5.0 – Human-Centric Next Generation Manufacturing. Submissions may explore, but are not limited to, the following key areas:

  • Human-Centric Artificial Intelligence and Collaborative Robotics
  • Real-Time Simulation Technologies for Smart Factories
  • AI-Powered Decision Support Systems in Manufacturing
  • Internet of Things (IoT) Applications in Intelligent Production Environments
  • AI-Driven Automation in Manufacturing Processes
  • Energy-Efficient and Green Manufacturing Leveraging AI
  • Minimizing Waste Using AI and IoT-Enabled Solutions
  • Development of Carbon-Neutral Smart Factories
  • AI-Based Optimization of Supply Chain Operations
  • Blockchain Integration for Enhanced Industrial Security
  • Artificial Intelligence in Industrial Threat Detection and Prevention
  • Role of 5G and 6G Networks in Industrial Automation
  • Real-Time Data Analytics in AI-Enabled Manufacturing Systems
  • Emerging Challenges and Opportunities in Industry 5.0
  • Seamless Integration of AI, IoT, and Next-Gen Industrial Systems
